:: Cancellations

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform Ravi Virpal - Conference Director - in writing of this change prior to the event – ravi@mformobile.com
Penalty for cancellations received on or before January 1st 2007 will be 10% of the full fee. For all cancellations received after January 1st 2007 we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.

:: Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your registration process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

:: Transcripts

The event may be recorded and transcribed by third parties – First Conferences will endeavour to ensure that transcripts from the event are of a high quality and are provided in a timely manner. However, it is possible that technical difficulties may arise, beyond our control, which may prevent First Conference from delivering transcripts of every session. First Conferences cannot be held responsible for such difficulties and refunds will not be offered.

Only one discount to be used per purchase at the discretion of First Conference's Customer Service team. To find out if you are eligible for a greater discount, contact ravi@mformobile.com

:: Data Management

First Conference respects the privacy of our clients. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with non-affiliated companies.

However, as a subscriber to our website and conferences, you may receive, from time to time, promotional material exclusively from First Conference. Please contact service@firstconf.com if you do not wish to receive this information.

All information you provide will be held on a database protected by a firewall and secure networking software.
